Personalized Dog Training Plans To Resolve Problematic Behaviors

At Molina K-9 Training, we are focused on getting the results you need to enjoy a happy, fulfilled life with your dog. Our Behavior Modification programs are tailored specifically to your requirements to resolve unwanted behaviors.

When your dog is obedient and well-behaved, being a dog owner seems like one of the most enjoyable things in the world. But what about when things aren’t so straightforward?

Behaviors which might initially appear to be mildly frustrating can rapidly turn into significant issues. These can have a hugely detrimental impact on the relationship you build with your dog. When dogs exhibit behaviors such as biting, resource guarding and aggression, it can make living a peaceful life with them almost impossible.

The good news is that you don’t need to resign yourself to a life of frustration with your dog. Our educational background and balanced approach to dog training makes us uniquely placed to help you resolve behavioral issues with your dog.

When you work with Molina K-9 Training, you’ll receive a customized dog training plan (no cookie cutter programs here!) designed to rectify any major or minor behavioral issues your dog is demonstrating.

We’ll take the time to evaluate your situation; explain the reasons for your dog’s behavior; construct a personalized training plan; and work through the resolution with you and your dog.

Our dog training sessions are approximately one hour in duration, and can take place in your home or a public setting (depending on which is more appropriate to resolve the troublesome behavior(s)).

Pricing & FAQs

Our Behavior Modification sessions are priced at $125/session.

We will educate and train you on how to use any training tools properly – if you are interested in learning how to use them.

If you do not believe you can get comfortable with training tools, then we can recommend some great +R trainers in the San Antonio area.

Important: Never use training tools – such as prong collars or E-collars – unless you have been shown how to properly use them by a professional dog trainer.

We provide private training sessions where we either meet at your home or in public. Training sessions typically take place once a week, or once every other week.

We do not pick up your dog and train them for you – dog training is as much about training for the person as it is for the dog. You will miss out on important information if you are not involved in the process.

It depends! Some dogs pick up on things quicker than others. It also depends on how much time you have available for following up on our sessions with homework!

As soon as they come home! Every interaction with a puppy or your dog is a learning opportunity.

We do not offer board and train programs. However, any past or current clients may have their dog boarded with Molina K-9 Training if we have availability. In particular, we make every effort to board clients who may have dogs that might not be as easily boarded at typical boarding facilities.

We focus on quality not quantity when it comes to our clients. To ensure you have the best experience possible, we limit the amount of clients we take in to ensure we are at our peak performance for you. We are passionate about what we do.

Pamela is confident and knowledgeable in her training skills and offers encouragement every step of the way to ensure successful dog training. I believe she would obtain real results with any pet/owner team willing to put in the work. I have and will continue to recommend her services.
